Short info: The halos are the bright circles around a spherical source of light. One of the phenomenal property of light. This can be normally seen in summer season, when you see at high intensity source that is sun. One can observe this in night by focusing on the headlight of vehicles.

      Usually these halos are visible to everyone, but sometimes this becomes an eye problem when you see halos almost from every light source.

    I love the halo around the moon. Do you know why this happens? I’ve heard it’s ice crystals?

      For moon, or on any other object the reason of halo is same that is ‘Diffraction’. A process of bending of light through sharp corners. One of the property of light. I hope you get it ☺️.
